Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of framing nails bought from us within 30 days of the ship date. All returns must be pre-authorized before shipping back to us, and you will be given an RMA number. Please email or call us to get this number before shipping your items back. Failure to get an RMA number before shipping back to NationalHardlines.com will result in no refund.

A refund will be issued once the goods are received and inspected, and deemed re-saleable.

Customers must pay for return shipping unless it is deemed that the mistake was on behalf of NationalHardlines.com. Once orders have arrived back at our location, refunds will be processed back onto your credit card within 5-7 business days.

 

Defective Product

If you receive damaged framing nails or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact us via phone or email to schedule a return. We will send you the correct item and may send you a return label to send the incorrect product back to us.

 

Restocking Fees:

For items that were ordered by mistake on the customer's behalf, we require a 25% restocking fee. All returns MUST be approved and processed within 30 calendar days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Orders placed outside of 30 calendar days are not eligible for return. Products marked "non-returnable" are not eligible for return. 

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
